For this project two sections of gabion 'mattresses' were installed in the sea wall.
Section A: 12m wide, 6m long, 0.3m high
Section B: 6m wide, 6m long, 0.3m high (invert levels at 6.1 & 6.4mOD (approx. .1/2.4mMHWN)
Water exchange volume: min. 9.3m3, max. 2,402m3
Height of sea wall: 7.5mOD
As part of this scheme, artificial creeks were dug.
