Project Description Summary

This involved the installation two sluices:

(1) 6m wide x 3.55m, invert at -1.75mNN

(2) 6m x 4.3m, invert at -3.7mNN (MHWN = -1.85mNN; MHWS = 1.7mNN)

Average water exchange volume: 1,500,000m³

Max. flow velocities through sluice (2): 5.5m/s

As part of this scheme a 2-3m deep 'ring' creek was included connecting the two sluice gates; lagoon up to 20m deep
